The SeaWiFS instrument onboard the OrbView-2 satellite captured this true-color image of Tropical Depression Blas churning in the Pacific waters off Baja, Mexico. At the time this image was taken Blas had a minumum central pressure of 1005 mb with maximum sustained winds of 30 kts, conditions just below tropical storm status.
