Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (May 25, 2004) - Sailors assigned to the Spruance Class destroyer USS Fletcher (DD 992) attach the ship's banner to the brow after returning to Pearl Harbor for a two-day port visit before traveling to San Diego, Calif., where she will be decommissioned in October.
