Shimoda, Japan (May 15, 2004) - Electronics Technician 3rd Class Jesse Helland, assigned to guided missile destroyer USS Cowpens (CG 63), attempts to play a traditional Japanese Taiko drum, during the 65th Shimoda Black Ship Festival.
