Shanghai, China (Feb. 25, 2004) - Vice Adm. Robert F. Willard, Commander U.S. Seventh Fleet, greets Vice Adm. Zhao Guojun, Commander East Sea Fleet, of the Peoples Liberation Army (Navy), on the quarterdeck aboard USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Vice Adm. Guojun visited the Seventh Fleet command and control ship for lunch and a tour of the ship while Blue Ridge was in port for a regularly scheduled visit.
